- CLOSER THAN CLOSE is a film about spiritual awakening in our every day lives. It demystifies the search for enlightenment by presenting us with awakened beings that walk simply, unannounced, and uncelebrated among us. It is, in its simplicity, a revelation and an inspiration.
We hope this contribution to the spiritual cinema genre will inspire the discussion, consideration, and action that an “examined” life requires. "Closer than Close" leaves us with this thought attributed to the Buddha: “Become a lamp unto yourself. Begin now. Work in earnest.”
